Michelle is the owner and principal designer of Blackbird Interiors, a Northeast Ohio studio specializing in thoughtful, livable interiors. Drawing on years of real-life experience running a home and raising a family, she approaches design with authenticity, practicality, and respect for the construction process. Michelle collaborates closely with clients and trades to create spaces that are both beautifully designed and built to last.

DISCOVER
Every great project starts with a conversation. We’ll get to know you, your home, and what inspired your project while discussing your goals, budget, timeline, and vision for the space. By the end of this first meeting, we’ll have a clear understanding of your needs and can recommend the best path forward.

DEFINE
Next, we’ll take a deeper look at your home and how you live in it. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, and the opportunities that will shape the design. This planning phase establishes the priorities and creates a clear roadmap before any design work begins.

DESIGN
Now the vision begins to take shape. Using everything we’ve learned, we’ll develop a cohesive design with thoughtfully selected furnishings, finishes, lighting, colors, and details. We’ll refine the design together until every element feels just right and you’re excited to move forward.

PROCURE
Once the design is finalized, we’ll manage the details behind the scenes. From ordering furnishings and coordinating vendors to tracking deliveries and timelines, we’ll keep everything organized so installation day is seamless and stress-free.

REVEAL
The final moment when your vision becomes reality. Once every detail has been thoughtfully selected and prepared, we’ll coordinate the finishing touches and installation so you can step into a home that feels beautifully, completely yours.
